What is extended detection and response (XDR)?
XDR unifies telemetry from endpoints, networks, identities, email, and cloud into a single platform to detect and respond to threats with broader context than any one tool provides. It improves visibility into how an attack unfolds across the environment.
XDR analyzes signals about systems and behavior, but it does not inspect the contents of your stored data or validate backup integrity. Elastio adds that data-layer view — findings from deep file inspection can feed your SIEM and SOAR — so detection and recovery are connected.
