Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your use of the services offered by Elastio Software, Inc. and its affiliates ("Services") and Elastio's websites, including www.elastio.com ("Elastio Site").
Elastio may modify this Policy by posting a revised version on the Elastio Site. By using the Services or accessing the Elastio Site, you agree to the latest version of this Policy.
Prohibited Use
You may not use, or facilitate or allow others to use, the Services or the Elastio Site for any of the following:

| Rights violations | Any activity that violates the rights of others. |
| Violence and terrorism | Threatening, inciting, promoting, or actively encouraging violence, terrorism, or other serious harm. |
| Child exploitation | Any content or activity that promotes child sexual exploitation or abuse. |
| Security violations | Violating the security, integrity, or availability of any user, network, computer, communications system, software application, or computing device. |
| Spam | Distributing, publishing, sending, or facilitating unsolicited mass email or other messages, promotions, advertising, or solicitations. |
Investigation and Enforcement
Elastio may investigate any suspected violation of this Policy and remove or disable access to any content or resource that violates it. You agree to cooperate with Elastio to remedy any violation.
When determining whether a violation has occurred, Elastio may consider its ability and willingness to comply with this Policy, including the policies and processes in place to prevent, identify, and remove prohibited content or activity.
