What We Collect

We collect information in four contexts: when you create a tenant and use the software, when you interact with our website, when you communicate with us directly, and when you apply for a position.

Contact and Business Information

Name, email address, mailing address, phone number, company name, company size, and business type. Collected when you create an account, post to our blog, complete a tenant profile, or contact us.

Software Functional Data

Your data stays within your AWS account. Elastio does not access the data you protect.

We collect metadata required to operate the service: AWS resource IDs, resource settings, S3 bucket information for buckets Elastio created, metadata on protected and unprotected assets, and VPC names.

Automatic Website Data

IP addresses, browser type, ISP, referring and exit pages, files viewed, operating system, date and time stamps, and clickstream data. Collected automatically as you use the site.

Job Applicant Data

Contact details, employment and education history, and voluntary EEO data required by applicable law.

03

Cookies and Tracking

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may limit access to parts of the software and services. Our systems do not currently respond to browser Do-Not-Track signals.
